If you are sending a piece directly to a loved one, it would be our privilege to hand-write your message on your behalf.

  • How it works: On the product page, simply leave your intended message in the 'Notes' field, along with the recipient's shipping address. We will write the note by hand and ensure it arrives beautifully packaged, without pricing information.

  • Special requests: If you forgot to add your note while placing your order, or have a specific detail you would like to discuss, please reach out via the form below within 24 hours of placing your order.

     

Damaged Items, Returns & Inquiries

We approach our packaging and craftsmanship with meticulous care. However, if your piece has arrived damaged, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.

  • For Damaged Items: Please include your order number and a photo of the unopened item with visible damage in your message so we can expedite a replacement for you.

  • General Inquiries: For questions regarding shipping, collaborative inquiries, or order adjustments, we welcome your message.
